The Nyahbinghi drum tradition — bass drum, fundeh drum, repeater drum — is the oldest Rastafari musical practice. It predates recording technology. When it was captured in a studio and processed with dub techniques — half-tempo drops, echo as melody, bass as theological statement — the result was some of the most powerful music ever made. ZION lives in that space.
